Refund policy

Please note that certain print-on-demand titles are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.  

If an order has not shipped, you’re welcome to cancel.  You're eligible for a refund within 30 days of your order's estimated delivery date if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if we fail to ship the book.  If we provide tracking information for an order, then a refund cannot be initiated.  You will be given the tracking number and asked to contact the shipping company. 

Please note: International packages ship via UPSP to the destination country. They will then be placed into the local mail delivery system. Packages are not trackable. We do not offer refunds on international shipments.

Please note: Shipments to Correctional Facilities are fulfilled via media mail using the Post Office. Paperback books only. We do not offer refunds on shipments to correctional facilities. 

After 30 days, we do not accept returns.
